SILVER LEVEL This level is for businesses that make a minimum donation of $500. Your business or family will receive:

The above levels are suggestions, all donations are welcome and appreciated.

We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, CashApp, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and Zelle.

*All funds donated are tax-deductible and NON-REFUNDABLE. All vendor and parade fees are non-refundable, but transferrable upon approval from the Robbins Block Clubs.

*All logos must be submitted no later than Monday, August 28th at 12 noon in order to be on sponsor banner(s).

    ​Parade Agreement:

    The Robbins Back To School Parade & Festival Weekend is for the entire family. Its purpose is to provide entertainment and recreation for the community at large. As a parade participant, you agree to be photographed, videotaped and grant the Village of Robbins and Village of Robbins Block Clubs permission to put the finished footage/photography to any uses that it may deem proper including (though not limited to) marketing, advertising and PR related activities (using - though not limited to - print, radio, television, internet and social media). You hereby release, discharge and agree to hold harmless the Village of Robbins and Village of Robbins Block Clubs, its affiliates, employees, officers, and directors from any liability or claimed liability in connection with the aforementioned use of your photograph, name, likeness or performance, including, but not limited to, any claim you have or might have for invasion of privacy, misappropriation and/or defamation.

    The Village of Robbins Block Clubs (“the Block Clubs”) reserves the right to deny permission to participate in the Robbins Parade and/or Festival Weekend Activities to any individual, group, company or organization that does not fully comply with these Rules of Governance.

    Any individual, group, company or organization permitted to participate in the Robbins Back To School Parade & Festival Weekend agrees to abide by all rules and regulations now or hereafter promulgated by Charities. Failure to comply by any individual, group, company or organization will result in the denial of participation in the Robbins Back To School Parade & Festival Weekend. Charities will have the sole right to determine any participant’s failure to comply with these Rules of Governance.

    The Block Clubs has the right to approve or disapprove the wording of any sign carried or otherwise displayed in the Robbins Back To School Parade & Festival Weekend.

    The Block Clubs reserves the right to limit the number of marchers in the parade on behalf of any particular participant.

    The Block Clubs reserves the right to approve uniforms, costumes or other clothing worn by individuals, companies, groups or members of any organization participating in the Robbins Back To School Parade & Festival Weekend.


    The Block Clubs reserves the right to approve messages, sound, wording, music or video used by participants in the Robbins Back To School Parade & Festival Weekend.


    Each participating individual, group, company or members of any participating organization will comply with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws and ordinances at all times in connection with the Robbins Back To School Parade & Festival Weekend and agrees to do so by participating in said festival.

    The foregoing rules prescribe the terms of participation in the Robbins Back To School Parade & Festival Weekend. All participants must adhere to the above Rules of Governance, and any other rules or regulations promulgated by the Block Clubs at any time.

    I agree to uphold all rules and regulations of the Robbins Back To School Parade & Festival Weekend, the Village of Robbins, and the State of Illinois.

    I further fully release and discharge and hold harmless the Block Clubs, and its officers, staff, employees & agents, all sponsors, and the Village of Robbins from any and all claims from injuries, including death, damages or loss of property which I may have or which may impact me on account of my participation in the activities of the Robbins Back To School Parade & Festival Weekend. I am aware that any and all donations are non-refundable.

    I, further agree and grant the Village of Robbins Block Clubs, and its officers, staff, and agents will not assume liability for any act of God, natural disaster, exposure to adverse weather and conditions, damages, injuries or any legal authority, war, insurrection, civil disobedience, criminal acts, or any cause above and beyond the control of the Village of Robbins Block Clubs, Robbins Back To School Parade & Festival Weekend committee and the officers, agents, employees, sponsors, and the Village of Robbins.
