Payments can be made in person via check, money order or credit card. Credit card payments will incur a 4% fee. Checks and Money Orders should be made payable to: Friends of Robbins Park District In the memo please write “T&T Event”.

Each interior vendor space is 10 feet by 10 feet. Vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs and generators.

Saturday from 12 noon to 10pm, must be completely shut down and evacuated from the lot by 11pm.
Vendors who need to setup earlier than 12 noon should contact the vendor coordinator at (708) 577-4752 to make arrangements.

A late fee may be charged for vendors not out off the lot by 11pm.

Vendor Agreement:

The interior of the Tacos & Tequila event is an adult-only section, however, there will be an adjacent section for those under 21 years of age, all are welcome to patronize the Taco vendors who will be located on the perimeter of the festival grounds. Its purpose is to provide entertainment and recreation for the adult community at large. As a vendors and participants, you agree to be photographed, videotaped and grant the Village of Robbins and the Robbins Park District permission to put the finished footage/photography to any uses that it may deem proper including (though not limited to) marketing, advertising and PR related activities (using - though not limited to - print, radio, television, internet and social media). You hereby release, discharge and agree to hold harmless the Village of Robbins and the Robbins Park District, its affiliates, employees, officers, and directors from any liability or claimed liability in connection with the aforementioned use of your photograph, name, likeness or performance, including, but not limited to, any claim you have or might have for invasion of privacy, misappropriation and/or defamation.

The Village of Robbins and the Robbins Park District (“Event Hosts”) reserves the right to deny permission to participate in the Tacos & Tequila Activities, as well as the adjacent under 21 event, to any individual, group, company or organization.

Any individual, group, company or organization permitted to participate in The Tacos & Tequila event agrees to abide by all rules and regulations now or hereafter promulgated by the Event Hosts. Failure to comply by any individual, group, company or organization will result in the denial of participation in the Tacos & Tequila Activities, as well as the adjacent under 21 event. The Event Hosts will have the sole right to determine any participant’s failure to comply with these Rules of Governance.

The Event Hosts have the right to approve or disapprove the wording of any sign displayed in the Tacos & Tequila Activities, as well as the adjacent under 21 event. The Event Hosts reserves the right to limit the number of vendors and participants in the event.

Each participating individual, group, company or members of any participating organization will comply with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws and ordinances at all times in connection with The Tacos & Tequila event and agrees to do so by participating in said festival.

The foregoing rules prescribe the terms of participation in the Tacos & Tequila Activities, as well as the adjacent under 21 event. All participants must adhere to the above Rules of Governance, and any other rules or regulations promulgated by the Event Hosts at any time.

I agree to uphold all rules and regulations of the Tacos & Tequila Activities, as well as the adjacent under 21 event, the Village of Robbins, and the State of Illinois.

I further fully release and discharge and hold harmless the Village of Robbins, the Robbins Park District, and its officers, staff, employees & agents, and all sponsors, from any and all claims from injuries, including death, damages or loss of property which I may have or which may impact me on account of my participation in the activities of the Tacos & Tequila Activities, as well as the adjacent under 21 event. I am aware that any and all donations and fees are non-refundable.

I, further agree and grant the Event Hosts, and its officers, staff, and agents will not assume liability for any act of God, natural disaster, exposure to adverse weather and conditions, damages, injuries or any legal authority, war, insurrection, civil disobedience, criminal acts, or any cause above and beyond the control of the Tacos & Tequila Activities, as well as the adjacent under 21 event committee and the officers, agents, employees, sponsors, and the Village of Robbins.
